Thursday December 17th  7pm

Over the past few weeks, the Junior School girls have been rehearsing, recording and filming their Christmas pieces with the Drama and Music teachers. Our Christmas video will be live streamed to all of you on Thursday, December 17th at 7pm. Look for the link in your email.

Registration forms: Any girls who have turned 6 years of age and are new to the Junior School in  KG Upper or J1 plus all other new girls in the Junior School have to be registered with Tusla (Child and Family Agency). These forms were given to your daughter last week to give to you. Please read the instructions carefully, complete the form, enclose the certified birth certificate and return to the JS office as soon as possible.

There was great excitement in the Junior School this week in anticipation of the Christmas Class raffle which took place today. Each class displayed the prizes kindly donated by parents. The J6 girls made up almost 300 reindeer cones in their pods. They also ran the class raffles bringing lots of festive fun to each class. Thank you, girls! These JACA gifts were distributed to each class after the raffle. Congratulations to all the raffle prize winners! JACA will donate a portion of the raffle proceeds to Dublin Zoo.

On behalf of the JACA committee I would like to thank the parents and teachers who so generously supported the various JACA fundraising initiatives this term - from Christmas cards, tags, calendars, stockings to masks and raffle tickets. We really appreciate your ongoing support. Wishing you and your families a very happy Christmas and a healthy and prosperous 2021.

Best wishes,

Veronica Brogan

JACA Chairperson

KG Lower’s ‘STEAM' project is Winter!

In assembly today,  we enjoyed presenting our Wintry knowledge and singing, “A Cold and Frosty Morning’, followed by well wishes for everyone to keep ‘warm and cosy’ - this cooler weather..

Superb enthusiasm and interest shown as always KG Lower, very well done to you all!

Ms. Boyd
