Old Alex Hockey Club
Old Alex Hockey Club currently fields five ladies’ teams from the top division to the 12th division, allowing for a huge range of abilities from complete beginners all the way up to the most skilled players. We also have a Vets team for all our more mature members. Training and home matches take place on our state-of-the-art pitches at Alex.
We offer great coaching and high hockey standards, as well as a very friendly and social atmosphere. We are always ready to welcome new players so if you are interested in playing for Old Alex, please get in touch!

Old Alex Golf Society
Founded in 1963, the Old Alex Golf Society comprises past pupils, present pupils and staff of Alexandra College. All levels are welcome and no official handicap is required. A highlight of the year is our annual Golf Outing and Lady Captain’s Prize.
We are always delighted to have new members on board so please get in touch if you would like to be involved.

Alex Women’s Charity
Established in 1901, the Alex Women’s Charity (AWC) is run by alumnae and students at Alexandra College. It supports women who are experiencing financial difficulty to retain their dignity through independent living.
Our voluntary committee organises fundraising events and pays visits to the women we support. All of the money we raise through fundraising goes directly to helping women in need. The Charity survives entirely from donations.
Alex Voices
Alex Voices is the Alexandra College Parents' Choir, which has been running for many years now. The choir is made up of parents of both current and past pupils of Alexandra College.
Rehearsals take place in the Junior School Concourse every Tuesday during term time, from 7.30pm to 9.30pm.
