We use EasyPayments Plus for online payments, a facility that allows you to pay school expenses online with your debit or credit card conveniently and securely.

Parents can also choose an instalment option and spread the cost for some of the items.

Creating an Account

Creating an Account

The first time you use the system, you will be prompted to register with your email address and password. After that, you will be able to login using this email address and password.

Follow the instructions on the screen to select the appropriate item(s) to pay and enter your card details when prompted.

You will receive a receipt via email for every payment you make. From then on you can login to your account at any time and look at payments you have made and any instalments set up by you.

Lunch Card Top-Up via UPay

Please click the link below to top-up your child’s lunch card through our secure online system by credit or debit card using the instructions below.

This year we are introducing a new payments system in the Dining Hall called UPay. Returning students should use their card from last year, while new students will receive their cards when they arrive at the start of term. Any remaining Debitrak balances will be credited to parents' fee payer accounts.

Registering Your Lunch Card

New students will receive their lunch card when they arrive to the College at the start of term. Returning students should use their cards from last year.

Step 1 - Enter your Details

Go to https://upay.co.uk/app/
Enter "ALEXANDRACOLLEGE" as Affiliate ID
Enter and confirm your account details (email, mobile number, etc)

Step 2 - Enter Your Card

Returning students - using your Debitrak card from previous years, enter the last 8 digits of your card number, excluding hyphens.
New students - you will receive a lunch card on your arrival to the College. When registering this card, enter the last 8 digits of your card number, excluding hyphens.

Step 3 - Verify your Email and Login

Once you have successfully registered, please click the verification link sent to the email that you registered with. Use this link to set your password and complete registration.

Payments and Topping Up

You can top up your daughter’s lunch card at any time online at https://www.upay.co.uk/app. Select "Top Up" in the upper right hand corner, and select the amount you would like to top up by.

The first time you top up, you will need to add your billing address and click "Select." Then enter your card details and click pay.

After you top up, you will have the option to turn on Auto/Quick Top Up features.

Any payments made in the Dining Room with the lunch card will appear immediately in your daughter’s Alexandra College UPay online account.

Boarder Lunch Cards

Meals for our boarding students are covered by their fees, which are automatically added onto each boarder’s lunch card. Boarders are also welcome to purchase snacks and other extras using their lunch card; these must be paid for by parents using the UPay cash purse.

We require that all students have a credit or debit card on file on their UPay account for incidentals, and any replacement cards will also be charged through this system.

Boarders should register their fobs using the instructions above before use.
